On my way back from Zurich to London I was talking with an IT consultant of UBS whom I met randomly.

Meeting a new totally stranger wasn’t a new thing to me any longer since I’ve been in this business industry. Values were shared as knowledge were being transferred.

It is important to know that we were all created to become leaders, innately and instinctively. Human beings are leaders, exceeding any other living being. Birds still use their original mode of transportation, animals still walk on fours, snake still crawl, and only man consistently improves the world, moving from horse and buggy to the three-hundred-horsepower engine.

We are the only species that continues to work on ourselves. We are the only species that are too busy to walk. We have telephone because we were tired of shouting across the street. We have iPods because we decided that CDs were too fragile, cassette too destructive, eight track too cumbersome. We keep changing our world because we decided that we can make it better and easier. You have the power to transform, move, develop, relocate, reinvent or do whatever else is necessary to achieve your goals.

Many of you have restricted “boxed” yourself in old ways of thinking, only one you’ve grown up to know. You are still doing the same old thing and the result you’ll get will always be the same old result, boring. Change and Get a Life. Nobody can make anything of success happen in you if you don’t desire change.

As Marianne Williamson said, it is our light not our darkness that most frightens us. We are all created to succeed, it is not in some but all of us. So if you think success is inevitable, think twice, if you think it cannot happen to you with a history or people of your race… think twice. I dare you from today, every morning focus on something that makes you smile, no matter what happens.
